Is The "System" Stopping You From Maximum Profits? By Bryan Kumar
How much money would you like to make from your business this
year? $20,000? $50,000? $100,000? More?
Think of a number now and write it down.
Got it? Great. Now let me ask you this...
What would it take for you to double that income? For most
people, the answer is "working harder, or working more
hours...or spending more on advertising..."
But, when you actually go out and compare the differences
between a person making $100,000 to another person who's making
twice, thrice or even 10 times as much from the same type of
business, you will find that in most cases, the difference is
not the amount of effort or the number of hours put in.
Take an individual who's earning $100,000 per year and compare
him to another who's running the same type of business yet
earning $1,000,000 per year.
Most people would assume that the individual earning a million
dollars per year is probably working harder and longer than the
one earning a hundred thousand dollars.
Yet, in many cases, this is not true.
Instead, the individual earning more money has simply created a
"system" that allows him to free up a lot of time and energy,
usually to a point where he doesn't have to physically be there
in order for the business to run.
Let's take the restaurant business, as an example: We have one
individual who owns a restaurant and works full-time at that
restaurant in order to earn a profit. We have another individual
who owns an entire chain of restaurants, makes a lot more money
than the first individual, and doesn't even have to be
physically present at any of his restaurants!
Which of the two business owners would you like to be?
The second person has created a "system" that allows him to not
be physically present in order to make a profit. He has then
taken it one step further and duplicated the system many times
over.
By systemizing the tasks involved, the 2nd person is able to do
less work and earn more money.
Once you systemize a process, you can then handle more
customers, more orders, and more deliveries. Hence, you can grow
your business and make more money!
Bill Gates does not write software code. He has other people
doing that for him.
Henry Ford does not assemble his own cars. He has an assembly
line for it.
But we don't have to use such big companies as examples. Look at
the local restaurant owner, or the apartment complex owner, or
even the successful online business owner.
The smart ones don't have to be there in order for the business
to generate a profit. Because they have either automated the
tasks or hired others to do it for them. They can be wherever
they want to be. They have systemized the process so it allows
them that freedom.
And most importantly, it frees up their time so they can focus
on creating better products and on superior customer service!
Hence, they are able to expand their business, create and market
more products/services, and generate a lot more profit as a
result.
They can also take the entire system from their first product
and duplicate the whole process for their next product! Pretty
soon, they can have an entire line of products/services all
generating a profit. The same can be done with an online product
or service.
In my case, handling email takes up lots of my time. So, I
decided to systemize it to save some time.
The report Autoresponder Maximizer describes how anyone can save
at least a few hours every week by systemizing certain
repetitive email tasks. It kinda shows you how to put your
autoresponders on hyperdrive. :-)
You can download a copy of the ebook from here.
Working longer and harder is not the only way to grow a
business. Once you have a business that works and generates a
profit, systemize and automate so that it continues to generate
more profits for you while requiring less!
Then, duplicate the entire process and launch your next product!
Sincerely,
Bryan Kumar
